• Individual loans up to $75M
• Portfolio transactions up to $250M
• Whole loans or participation interests and B notes
• Re-performing or restructured loans
• Collateral types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed use and
  senior/assisted living
• Environmentally impacted assets
  

Non performing Real Estate Secured Loans

• Whole loans or participation interests and B notes
• Assets in litigation, foreclosure or bankruptcy
• Assets under lender liability claims
• Assets requiring creative financial restructures and work-outs
• Collateral types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed use, hospitality and
  senior/assisted living
• Environmentally impacted assets
